If you are unable to make your appointment: I will require 24 hour notice so we can offer your appointment slot to another client.

Unable to attend


Cancellations can be made via the Fresha booking app, up to 24 hours prior to the appointment time or by calling us directly on 07772 826818

Method of Cancellation


Cancellations made with less than 24 hours notice

Less than 24 hours notice given will result in a 25% charge.


Cancellations made with less than 12 hours notice

Less than 12 hours notice or a no show will result in a 50% charge.

Reminder SMS/Emails will be sent 48 hours prior to your appointment.


Reservation Requirements

Please provide card details to confirm your appointment. Card details are encrypted and kept secure.


If you are late to your appointment, I may need to alter and/or shorten your service. You will still be required to pay the full booked service cost.

Late Arrivals
